Situated in the Oceanfront area of Virginia Beach, Atlantic Park will boast a remarkable three-acre lagoon as its main attraction. This lagoon will utilize cutting-edge wave-making technology, similar to that employed at Wavegarden, a renowned surf park in northern Spain. By harnessing this technology, Atlantic Park will provide optimal surfing conditions throughout the year. Moreover, the park will encompass amenities such as apartments, office spaces, restaurants, and an exclusive shopping experience curated by Louis Vuitton.
